This is a great question for any potential therapist. I have a genuine curiosity in understanding you, your motivations and your strengths. I take pride in providing the same level of authenticity, compassion and professionalism that I would want for my loved ones. I am curious by nature and love to learn, which means I'm constantly developing professionally and staying current on innovative therapeutic approaches, so that I always bring my best to my clients. I utilize all of the approaches listed below as they fit each person's therapeutic needs, always with an eye to wellness and what that means for you as an individual. Therapy is a partnership and I am aware that every partnership is not the ideal one. With your best interest in mind, if we find our work together to not be the right fit, I am happy to refer you to a resource or colleague that may better suit your needs.
